Serelose oral solution

Serelose^® is a brand of Lactulose, a hyperosmolar laxative - an effective treatment approach for constipation. It is a non-absorbable disaccharide which draws water into the bowel from other body tissues; causes distention through fluid accumulation, thus promotes soft stool and accelerates bowel motion. Serelose^® is indicated for the treatment of mainly constipation. Besides it is indicated in hepatic encephalopathy.Serelose^® is safe in the long term and has been used effectively even in frail elderly patients.
