Dosage and Administration
Nucleoside-naïve patients: 0.5 mg once daily on an empty stomach (at least 2 hours before or after a meal). Lamivudine-refractory or decompensated liver disease patients: 1 mg once daily. Renal dose adjustment is required in patients with creatinine clearance below 50 ml/min.

Contraindications
