Overview

Fexo 30 mg/5 ml Oral Suspension contains Fexofenadine Hydrochloride, manufactured by Square Pharmaceuticals PLC. The suspension formulation is designed for children aged 2–11 years who cannot swallow tablets. It provides the same non-sedating antihistamine action for seasonal allergic rhinitis, perennial allergic rhinitis, and chronic idiopathic urticaria.

Dosage and Administration

Children 2–11 years: 30 mg (5 ml) twice daily. Children under 2 years: use only under physician direction. Take with water — not fruit juice. Use the measuring device provided.

Interaction

Fruit juices reduce absorption — take with water only. Antacids may reduce absorption if taken simultaneously.

Contraindications

Known hypersensitivity to fexofenadine. Use with caution in renal impairment.
