Brindin 1%+0.2% Ophthalmic Suspension 5 ml drop

Description: Brindin is a fixed combination of two anti-glaucoma drugs. Brinzolamide & Brimonidine Tartrate. Brinzolamide is a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor which reduces intraocular pressure (IOP) by decreasing aqueous humor secretion in the ciliary processes of the eye. Brimonidine Tartrate is an alpha 2 adrenergic receptor agonist which reduces IOP by decreasing aqueous humor production and increasing uveoscleral outflow.

Composition: Each ml contains Brinzolamide USP 10 mg and Brimonidine Tartrate INN 2 mg.

Indication: Brindin is indicated for the reduction of elevated intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
