শ্বসনতন্ত্র ও ফুসফুসের সংক্রমণ এবং ব্যথা নিরাময়ে কার্যকরী 

বর্ণনা 

কুলজম মূল্যবান প্রাকৃতিক উপাদানের সমন্বয়ে প্রস্তুত একটি অনন্য ফর্মুলেশন, যা সর্দি, কাশিসহ  শ্বসনতন্ত্র ও ফুসফুসের সংক্রমণ এবং নিউমোনিয়া-এর চিকিৎসায় কার্যকরী। এছাড়াও এটি  অ্যান্টিসেপ্টিক, ব্যথানাশক ও শান্তকারক হিসেবে কার্যকরী। 

উপাদান 

প্রতি ৫ মিলিতে আছে- কর্পূর (Cinnamomum camphora)  ১.৬১ গ্রাম, সত্তে আজওয়াইন (Satt-e Ajwain) ০.৮১ গ্রাম, সত্তে পুদিনা (Satt-e Pudina)  ০.৪০ গ্রাম, ইউক্যালিপ্টাস  তেল (Eucalyptus oil) ০.৫২ মিলি, পাইন তেল (Pine oil)  ০.২৬ মিলি, জিরার তেল (Caraway oil) ০.২৬ মিলি, আনিসুন তেল (Anise oil)  ০.১৯ মিলি এবং আদা টিংচার  (Tincture of Ginger) ০.১৯ মিলি।

ব্যবহারবিধি 

শ্বসনতন্ত্র ও ফুসফুসের সংক্রমণ, নিউমোনিয়া, সর্দি, কফ ও কাশি: ৪-৫ ফোঁটা কুলজম ১ মগ গরম  পানির উপরে দিয়ে দৈনিক ২-৩ বার ভাপ নিন। মাথাব্যথা, কাটা-ছড়া ও কীট-পতঙ্গের দংশন: আক্রান্ত স্থানে তুলো দিয়ে কুলজম প্রয়োগ করুন। বাত-বেদনা: সামান্য মোম তিল তেল বা নারিকেল তেলে গলিয়ে নিন। এ মিশ্রণ ঠান্ডা করে ৪  ফোঁটা কুলজম মিশিয়ে ব্যথার জায়গায় ধীরে ধীরে মালিশ করুন।

পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়া 

নির্ধারিত মাত্রায় সেবনে কোন উল্লেখযোগ্য পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়া পরিলক্ষিত হয়নি। 

সতর্কতা 

কুলজম চোখের ভিতরে বা বাইরে ব্যবহার সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ। শিশুদের  নাগালের বাইরে রাখুন। 

সংরক্ষণ 

আলো থেকে দূরে, ঠান্ডা ও শুষ্ক স্থানে রাখুন। 

পরিবেশনা 

সুদৃশ্য কার্টনে ১৫ মিলি প্লাস্টিক ড্রপার।

Kulzam provides rapid relief from congestion and pain. Its widespread use rests on its safe and reliable action as an antiseptic, antiphlogistic and carminative.

Indications and Direction Headache, Toothache and Burns: Apply Kulzam with cotton wool swab on the affected part.

Earache: Instill 2 drops of Kulzam mixed with 2 drops of sesame (til) oil into the affected ear, 2-3 times daily.

Cough, Cold and Catarrh: Instill 2 drops of Kulzam mixed with 2 drops of sesame (til) oil into the nostrils, twice a day. Massage the oil gently on the neck and chest.

Insect Bites, Burns and Scalds: Apply Kulzam with cotton wool swab on the affected part.

Itching and Scabies: Apply Kulzam mixed with lemon juice and sesame (til) oil on the effected part.

Nose Bleeding: Instill 2 drops of Kulzam mixed with 2 drops of sesame (til) oil into nostrils twice a day.

Pneumonia and Lumbago: Melt a little beeswax in sesame (til) oil and when cold, mix 4 drops of kulzam to it. Massage the oil gently on the affected part.

Stomach Troubles: Indigestion, flatulence, loud eructation, loose motion, vomiting, nausea and dysentery take 3-4 drops of Kulzam with cold water, 3-4 times daily.

Cholera: 2-3 drops of Kulzam mixed with cold water for 2-3 times a day.

Plague and other Epidemics: 3-4 drops of kulzam mixed with cold water should be taken by whole family 2-3 times daily.

Contraindication: There is no known contraindication.

Side effect: No significant side effect has been observed in proper dosage.

Precaution: Keep out of reach of the children.

Storage: Store at cool and dry place, protect from light.

Presentation: Plastic container containing 15ml Arq (Liq).
