Dosage and Administration

Interaction
Concomitant use with strong organic anion transporter 3 (OAT3) inhibitors such as probenecid may increase baricitinib exposure. Live vaccines should be avoided during treatment.

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to baricitinib, active serious infections, and severe hepatic impairment.
