DESCRIPTION

Nutrum Bone is a complete bone health formula with 9 key nutrients.It contains calcium, vitamin D, C & E and multimineral.

COMPOSITION

Each film-coated Nutrum Bone tablet contains:

Vitamin C 60 mg

Vitamin D3 200 IU

Vitamin E 15 IU

Calcium 600 mg

Magnesium 20 mg

Manganese 1 mg

Boron 250 mcg

Copper 1 mg

Zinc 7.5 mg

INDICATIONS

Nutrum Bone is indicated to maintain strong & healthy bones & also teeth, prevention & treatment of osteoporosis, as nutritional supplement, postmenopausal osteoporosis, as adjunct in the management of glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis.

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION

One tablet twice daily with meals, preferably one tablet in morning & one tablet in evening.

OR AS DIRECTED BY THE PHYSICIAN.

SIDE EFFECTS

Nutrum Bone is well tolerated. Constipation may occur. If there is experience like nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, dry mouth, increased thirst, increased urination while taking, physicians should be notified.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Hypersensitivity to any of the tablet ingredients. Absolute contraindications are hypercalcaemia, hyperparathyroidism, renal calculi, malignant bone diseases, sarcoidosis and severe renal failure.

PRECAUTIONS

If there is any pre-existing heart disease or kidney disease, precautions should be taken.

USE IN PREGNANCY & LACTATION

Nutrum Bone should be used as directed by physician during pregnancy or while breast feeding.

DRUG INTERACTIONS

It has possible interaction with digoxin, antacids containing calcium or aluminum or magnesium, other calcium supplements, calcitriol or other vitamin D supplements, tetracycline, doxycycline, minocycline or oxytetracycline. So, before taking any of these drugs with Nutrum Bone consult with a physician.

OVERDOSAGE

Symptoms of overdose may include nausea and vomiting, severe drowsiness, dry mouth, loss of appetite, metallic taste, stomach cramps, unconsciousness, diarrhoea, weakness, headache, constipation, dizziness or irritability.
